You can also view your overall Training Load, which measures the volume of exercises for the past 7 days and compares it to the optimal range for your fitness and the history of recent workouts. Focus Training Load, a new feature for Forerunner 945, sorts your recent workout history into different categories based on the structure and intensity of the activity.
