Returns Policy

You can return any item you receive for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (less postage costs and possible custom duties).

Items must be unused and in new condition (as received) with all packaging and labels/tags attached.

Whilst we generally process refunds the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 7 days (or longer during busy periods) for your refund to process.

How do i return an item?

First of all You should take contact with our assistance (assistance@planetmultistore.com).

Send an email with every detail requested (ID order, name and surname) and why You decide to make a return.

Our colleagues will provide a return number (RMA) to remember and write upon the parcel and we’ll send you a return form to fill.

Please don't forget to write your details upon the parcel (Name, Address & order ID, RMA) and provide us your tracking number.

Otherwise it might take up to 7 days for finding the details manually in our database.

NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!
Return process can’t be applied and accepted for customized items, as monofins, rubber bands cut by cm, handmade carbon fiber fins/blades, customized masks mounted with optical lenses.

Shipping costs (and possible custom duties for not EU countries) will be at charge of the buyer.

In case i desire to exchange an item..

Roundtrip shipping costs (and possible custom duties for not EU countries) will be at charge of the buyer.

Warranty

Warranty is available (worldwide) for 2 Years since the delivery of the parcel.

In case of warranty please contact our assistance via mail as soon as possible; roundtrip shipping costs (and possible custom duties) are always at charge of the customer.

In case the Manufacturer Company states that the damage is not covered by warranty You’ll be immediately advised via mail: repair costs are always at charge of the buyer.
