Product Warranty

All products purchased through Planet Multi Store have the legal guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Code and the Civil Code, as applicable.

Professional customer
For each product purchased by a Professional Customer, the latter will benefit of the warranty for defects of the items sold in art. 1490 et seq. Civil Code; the action of the Professional customer time to enforce the guarantee against defects prescribing course of one (1) year after delivery of the product purchased and its defects must be reported in terms of art. 1495 cc.

Customer Consumer
For each product purchased by a consumer customer, the latter will benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
The legal guarantee to be paid by the seller applies for conformity defects that occur within 24 months from the date of delivery of the product and that they are reported by the consumer within 2 months following the date of the discovery of the defects themselves, in accordance with Article 132 of the Consumer Code.
Such warranty will be enforceable directly against Planet Multi Store, where the latter acts as the seller of the defective products, and specifically in the case of sale of products for which the Contract provides for the delivery of the product at home (at an address specified by the customer), at the warehouse of the carrier, or at a point of Sale Planet Multi Store selected by the customer in the Purchase Order; on the contrary, the guarantee will be enforced directly against the same Point of Sale, which, in that case, will act as the seller of the defective Products.

Modes of operation to enforce the legal guarantee of conformity
At the point of sale. The Client-bearing the product documentation that proves the purchase-can go directly to the Planet Multi Store and contact the staff, who will be on hand to provide all the necessary assistance in connection with the case.

The staff of the mentioned stores will take over the product which the customer complains of a lack of conformity and deliver the "repair form", a document proving the taking in charge of the product and that contains all the informations and references about the procedure to follow in order to receive, if the premises exist, the legal guarantee of conformity.

Phone or e -mail. Alternatively, the customer can contact the shop by phone or sending the request for assistance to the e -mail
The staff will provide the Customer the necessary information concerning the conditions and procedures for the use of the legal guarantee of conformity.
Planet Multi Store, as appropriate, shall seek, in general, for repairs on products sold by it or for the assessment of the conditions for their warranty replacement of specialized technical assistance centers, without prejudice to the responsibility of the person acting which the seller of the defective Product, which will always remain directly responsible for the provision of the guarantee.

Planet Multi Store, in order to make an after-sales service of high quality and absolutely transparent, undertakes, on a voluntary basis, to arrange the repair of the defective Product within sixty (60) days after the request for warranty service.
